When Danny came onboard with us he had done his research and was tired of seeing the same offers and results from other agencies. Not to mention hearing the plenty of agency horror stories that flood this industry. He wanted to take his affiliated PT Studio and Pilates business, Wellbeing Performance, to the next level with consistent lead generation.
The first thing we do with clients is analyse their goals when they come onboard with us. For example, when we first talked to Danny he didn't want to explode the studio classes with 100s of members a month, but instead needed an easy to use, consistent and reliable lead generation system. So based on his situation we built him out a custom marketing and acquisition plan.
1: We made sure to hard qualify his leads and appointments on the front end, that way when he was speaking to them they were essentially just there to sign up.
2: We collected their data and passed it into our client software where we've built an easy to navigate, booking, payment, and lead management system.
Huge Takeaway from Danny is that not all businesses need the same marketing plan. Though there are qualities and principles we apply to every campaign that drastically increase performance, sometimes a step back is needed to see the business from a birds eye view and identify its real bottlenecks and weaknesses.
