Andy came to us with a relatively well established wellness/ fitness based business. Called The Sangha House. He'd worked with and been burned by his fair share of marketing companies in the past. Check his story with Flare out below for his whole experience with us.

CLIENT OVERVIEW

When Andy came onboard he was nervous to say the least. And for good reason, he'd been burned in the past by agencies and marketers who simply didn't do their job, took his money and ran. Trying Flare's approach out was the last shot he'd give to the industry so we made sure to do him proud and squash any outstanding doubts. Andy wanted to take his affiliated Gym, The Sangha House, to the next level with consistent lead generation, real results and upfront leverage... only selling their higher ticket annual memberships.

The first thing we do with clients is analyse their goals when they come onboard with us. For example, when we first talked to Andy he was curious about the approach and thats about it. He'd had some 'not too great' marketing experiences in the past and didn't want to make the same mistake again. Based on Andy's situation we built him out a custom marketing and acquisition plan. 

1: We made sure to be absolutely on it when it came to the efficacy and likelihood of success in the campaigns we built, ensuring a fail-safe against anything like his experiences previously. 

2: We had the game plan set out... and not including the database reactivation strategy that followed, The Sangha House gained 10 clients in 34 days, at £500+ upfront each. This was a healthy amount of revenue, and so we began ramping up our budget progressively and trying different offers/ structures in the Software and Advertising strategy.
